We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, health information, or financial account details directly; payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors, as described in Section 3.

• Delivery Platforms — used to host, deliver, and manage your photos and videos, and to process any digital download, print, or product orders you place. These platforms may store your name, email, and order details as necessary to fulfill these services. Examples of platforms we may use for this purpose include Pixieset and similar gallery or large-file delivery services; the specific platform used for your project will be communicated to you directly.

• Print and production partners — engaged through our gallery platform or directly by us, to produce and ship any physical prints, albums, or products you order. These partners receive only the information necessary to fulfill your order, such as your shipping address and the images ordered.

• Payment processors — to securely process payments for bookings, invoices, and Store purchases. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves; this is handled directly by our payment processors.

• Customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, and business communication software — used to manage inquiries submitted through our contact form, follow up on bookings, schedule services, and communicate with you about your project.

• Cloud storage and file transfer services — used to securely store, back up, or transfer your raw and edited files during production and delivery.

• Professional advisors (such as our accountant or legal counsel), where necessary for legitimate business purposes, and always subject to confidentiality obligations.

• Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Content and order information delivered through a Delivery Platform are retained in accordance with the terms of our Terms of Sale and Digital Image License, available on the platform used to deliver your files, which describe how long your content remains accessible and how that may change if we migrate to a different delivery platform.
